Construction begins about 6 to 8 weeks after a contract is signed and a deposit is received.

Our home has Home Owner's Association requirements. Do you provide plans that comply with HOAs?
Yes. We will need HOA documents for CC&R (covenants, conditions and restrictions) which you need to provide to us. You may need to submit your design plan to your HOA for approval before construction.
