No, the consultation is free.

How long is the wait for construction/landscaping to begin once a contract is agreed upon and signed?

Construction begins about 6 to 8 weeks after a contract is signed and a deposit is received.

As an independent landscape designer, I work with your ideas in mind. Each design is personalized by keeping your interests, needs, surroundings, and budget in mind. We listen to you.

What is a good style of garden for New Mexico?

A Xeriscape landscaping – southwest style with native plants are most suitable for Albuquerque/Rio Rancho residents.

Our home has Home Owner's Association requirements. Do you provide plans that comply with HOAs?

Yes. We will need HOA documents for CC&R (covenants, conditions and restrictions) which you need to provide to us. You may need to submit your design plan to your HOA for approval before construction.

Communication with Ray was seamless and changes made in our design were addressed and implemented with no problems. Ray and his team came up with patio ideas to best fit our yard.
