This is an area where quality of material is everything. We have all seen cheaply built patio covers & pergolas with columns made from small 4’’x4’’ & built with uncovered lumber. We don’t build these types of structures. On our southwestern type of structures, we use extra heavy-duty beams, corbels, & vigas, that produce a finished that we will both be proud of. We also build redwood shade structures & trellises.
